Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has cast his vote in the ongoing local government elections.
He voted at 7:56 a.m. at Unit 9, Sagba Abogunde Ward 2 in Ede North Local Government Area.
Adeleke arrived with supporters and members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and he praised the State Independent Electoral Commission for ensuring a peaceful voting process.
He also encouraged residents to vote without fear and urged all political stakeholders to avoid violence before, during, and after the election which he assured will be peaceful.
