The Ilorin Emirate Third Estate has successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and elected a new leadership team for a two-year term.
The meeting, held under the leadership of the outgoing President, Alhaji Ibrahim Hassan, witnessed the emergence of Barrister Ahmed Ladan Gobir as the newly elected President of the group.
Also elected were Rasheed Omomeji Hassan as the 1st Vice President, Dr. Usman Shehu Aladire as the 2nd Vice President, and Mallam Nasir Abdulquadri as the Publicity Secretary, among other key officials.
Speaking on behalf of the new executive, Mallam Abdulquadri announced that the official inauguration and handing-over ceremony has been scheduled to take place on Sallah Day 2025.
The new leadership is expected to continue the work of promoting the development of the Ilorin Emirate, fostering unity, and advancing the interests of the community.
