KWACCIMA Announces 11th Kwara Trade Fair, Promises Business Opportunities, Enhanced Security

The Kwara Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (KWACCIMA) has announced the 11th Kwara Trade Fair, scheduled to hold from December 6th to 16th, 2024, at the Kwara Stadium Complex, Ilorin.

Speaking during a press briefing at the KWACCIMA Secretariat in Ganmo, Ilorin today, Chairman of the Trade Fair Organizing Committee, Engineer Abu Salami, highlighted the fair’s theme, “Unlocking the Investment Potential of Kwara State for Sustainable Economic Development.”

The event will showcase resources from Kwara’s 16 local government areas, aiming to attract local and foreign investors while promoting commerce and industry.

Visitors can attend daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with free entry for attendees, and expected highlights include exhibitions of goods and services, business grants, seminars, and a talent hunt.

Meanwhile, KWACCIMA President, Chief Mrs. Ronke Adeyemi assured of enhanced security, acknowledging the Chamber’s collaboration with security agencies including the Nigeria Police Force (NPF), Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), State Security Service (SSS), and vigilante groups.
