Kwara Tech Conference Encourages Nigerian Youths to Explore Tech Opportunities

Technology experts have urged Nigerian youths to embrace opportunities in the tech ecosystem to address local and global challenges through innovative solutions.

Speaking yesterday at the seventh Kwarabuild Tech Conference held in Ilorin, Kwara State, the Managing Director of the Ilorin Innovation Hub, Mr. Temi Kolawole, emphasized the importance of building Nigeria’s tech sector locally.

He recounted his journey of establishing the hub in collaboration with Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, highlighting its success in attracting major tech players and fostering innovation in the state.

Kolawole encouraged attendees to acquire skills, innovate, and collaborate, adding that  there’s no better place to apply tech skills than in Nigeria, as solving tech problems in the country can be highly rewarding.

Meanwhile, Kwarabuild co-founders, Ibraheem Zulkifli and Kehinde Kamaldeen, emphasized the event’s mission to develop talents, foster partnerships, and inspire tech innovations that can be exported globally.
