In a remarkable event that blended entrepreneurship with a milestone celebration, Olusoji Oyawoye, Founder and CEO of House 12 Workplaces and Lifestyle, officially launched the innovative workspace hub in Ilorin, Kwara State. The grand opening, which coincided with Oyawoye’s 60th birthday, provided a platform for him to deliver a powerful message to Nigerian youths, encouraging them to be ambitious while carefully choosing their friends and associates.

Speaking at the press conference, Oyawoye urged Nigerians to look inward and discover their life’s purpose. “Success starts from understanding yourself and the values you bring to the world. Surround yourself with people who inspire growth and progress,” he emphasized.

Reflecting on his inspiration to establish a workspace business in Ilorin, Oyawoye, a proud native of Iludun, highlighted the rising need for versatile and accessible spaces that cater to the growing population of remote workers, tech enthusiasts, start-ups, creatives, students, and event hosts.

The innovative touch of House 12’s design is credited to Oyawoye’s children, Anjola and Damilola, who collaborated to create a layout that embodies both functionality and comfort. Anjola, while speaking with Royal Times correspondents, explained that the aim of House 12 is to provide a homely and serene atmosphere where clients can thrive.

Damilola added insight into the relevance of such a business in a post-pandemic world, where remote work has become more prevalent.
He said House 12 offers a flexible solution for professionals and companies that no longer maintain permanent office spaces.

The grand opening ceremony was graced by the Deputy Governor of Kwara State, Mr. Kayode Alabi, who lauded Oyawoye’s foresight and commitment to fostering innovation and collaboration.

House 12 Workplaces and Lifestyle stands as a beacon of innovation, community, and opportunity, embodying Oyawoye’s vision of empowering individuals and nurturing growth in both professional and personal spheres.
